Water Treatment Information

Purewater has been working with Arkansas water for over 20 years. We know the problems that most Arkansans experience with their water, and more importantly, we know how to fix them.

  • In most cases, these problems can be corrected by using the appropriate water conditioning equipment. Multiple methods may exist for correcting a given problem – based upon the heavy metal content, minerals, man-made contaminants and bacteria found in your water sources.

Never purchase water treatment equipment unless you have had your source water tested for mineral or bacteria content.

  • It is extremely important to know exactly what you are attempting to filter or purify prior to investing money in any particular water treatment device. Selection of treatment and equipment depends on several factors, including the severity of the problem, the amount of attention the customer wants to give to the equipment, and the amount of water available to assure proper equipment performance.

For over two decades, Pure Water has tested almost every water treatment technique invented and through these trials we have discovered which products prove more effective than others.

  • Our goal at Pure Water is to offer you a variety of water treatment products constructed of the highest quality material and designed to meet your specific need. “All products we offer carry excellent manufacture warranties at fair prices with quick delivery and our excellent service.”

Water Testing Information:

  • Never select and install equipment on a private water supply without a water analysis. In most cases, a portable water analysis testing kit gives sufficient information to determine water hardness, iron and pH. However, problems with taste, odor, severe corrosion or blue or black staining indicate a presence of elements that cannot be determined by a portable test kit. In this case a more complete analysis should be obtained.

Contact us for a free water analysis, to send a water sample to our laboratory or, if bacteria contamination is suspected, send a water sample to your Local or State Board of Health
